NEW ASTRO TURF FACILITY AT BCHTC REACHES COMPLETION – HOCKEY COMES HOME 20151206_10445520151206_10392120160221_130912IMG-20160221-WA0001

After many years of development the Astro 4 all facility at the club is now complete.  The main contractors have now left the site and practical completion was awarded on Wednesday 24th February.  It has been over a 12 month construction journey (usually takes 16 weeks max!) with some definate highs and lows but with our perseverance and support by many, we final have a pitch we can call our own at BCHTC.  The pitch committee would like to thank everyone for their patience as we did think we would have a pitch to play on this season and the site has been untidy for sometime now.  Also a big thank you to our financing sponsors Sport England, England Hockey, National Hockey Foundation, Bromsgrove District council, Redrow,  Mason and Jones group, B and L fencing, Thursfield Solicitors and friends/members of the club, without them none of this would have been possible.
